You can collaborate online in so many other ways. There are management tools like Trello or Jira; you can sharing information on Notion or GitBook. Even design together is possible using Figma; it allows to work several persons at the same file in real-time. And for creating prototypes, sharing and getting feedback easily you could use Invision. And the last one, create virtual boards to draw and add post-its using Miro or Mural.
